A CTF, which stands for 'Capture the Flag', is a event in which hackers try to solve puzzles in a simulated environment. The outcome of the puzzle usually is a typical string, which is called a flag. It is a great way to learn from others and teach others what you know! There is a variety of CTF types and usually the difficulty of the puzzles range from entry-level to 1337 h4x0r skills, so anyone can join!
